1. Return Eligibility
Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are:
- Unused and in original condition
- In their original packaging with tags/labels intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
2. Non-Returnable Items
Sports equipment showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused after delivery is not eligible for return, unless the item was defective on arrival.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
4. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds for JazzCash payments are processed within 3-5 business days
- Approved refunds for Cash on Delivery orders are settled via bank transfer or JazzCash, coordinated directly with you
